I help create a detailed plan based on your goals that includes step by step protocol that creates the results that you have been waiting for. The protocols I create will encompass various aspects, including nutrient-rich dietary recommendations, supplement suggestions, and lifestyle modifications, all aimed at meeting your goals and improving your overall health.
I ensure that the protocol that you are implementing is actually progressive. Through bi-weekly check ins, be assured that you are staying on track and all your ifs and buts are being addressed. Besides that, I empower you to sustain your new self by providing knowledge of lifestyle, nutrition and environmental elements that play a significant part in our health.

Around 26, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Some of these symptoms made sense but even with thyroid medication (which I was instantly prescribed as first line of action), all of them continued to be part of my day-to-day life. My curiosity with my degrading health became even stronger as years passed and I continued to combat these issues with classic fad diets with no real results.
In simple terms, my body was screaming for nutrients while I was too busy offering it low calories, low fat, high protein, HIIT workouts. After two pregnancies (each one took forever to conceive and the numerous issues during them), I hit rock bottom in my health journey where these symptoms worsened, and weight loss became my primary goal.
Eventually, these fad diets led me to experience additional symptoms like joint pain, muscle weakness, a longer recovery period after regular workouts etc.. As if all of that wasn't enough, I began to view carbohydrates and fats as my arch-nemeses, leading to a toxic relationship with food.
